M&R Episode 063: Starnes Arnold is training and fighting Mixed Martial Arts in Taiwan.

In Episode 62 I caught up with my old friend expat Starnes Arnold (aka Christopher) on a late night call to Taiwan. Starnes left home for Thailand in 2014 and has since settled in Taiwan to teach English, learn Chinese and fight MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). I really enjoyed our conversation because Starnes had never been out of the United States before this trip. He talked me through an epic motorcycle adventure in Vietnam, to training Muay Thai in Thailand then his final decision to move to Taiwan. Have a listen and get stoked on adventures in Asia. Enjoy!
