In Episode 84 I sat down with JJ Shepherd. He's had a lot of adventures white water kayaking through Nepal, Tibet, India and Mexico just to name a few. He also does a lot to give back to the youth of North Carolina by volunteering and helping raise money with his semi-synchronized dance group Pisgah Thunder. Enjoy!
