He’s battled with depression over the years but has discovered ways to manage it through his passion for caving and reading a book called Living With A Black Dog: His Name Is Depression. He recommends anyone who suffers from depression read this book. Now Josh spends his days doing what he loves but says he has to monitor his moods. The book has given him tools that help him avoid depressive triggers and negative metal cycles. Enjoy!
