M&R Episode 149: John Johnson designed his life around being a Vegan, Straight Edge, Rastafarian, body piercer, and entrepreneur who loves tea.

In Episode 149 I sat down with John Johnson in a park in Long Beach, California. John owns a piercing parlor called New Flower Studio. I met John when I was sixteen and I’ve always been fascinated by how he lives and designs his life. I’ve watched him go from an employee of a juice bar who couldn’t afford a car to a business owner who is about to open his second location. He’s one of my biggest inspirations and someone I’ve learned from when I comes to commitment and follow through. His commitment and dedication to his business, religion, eating habits, non-drinking, tattooing, body piercing and tea is unshakable. Enjoy!
