In Episode 195 I spoke with expat Neel Parekh from MaidThis.com. Neel has a remote-local cleaning business that services Airbnbs in the Los Angeles area as well as other cities in California. He’s able to service all his clients without having to be in California. He has recently franchised his business model and it’s another great example of taking a business model where in the past you had to be on the ground for but now you can do it from anywhere. Enjoy!
